Detroit, Dec 26, 2009 – Terrorist attack Detroit: Umar Farouk Abdul Mutallab is making national headlines after he was tried to ignite an incendiary device, and good thing that one passenger aboard the flight jumped on him to subdue the action before it turned in to the ultimate tragedy.
The Delta Airlines flight 253 from Amsterdam – Detroit aboard 278 passengers and 11 crew members.
Umar Farouk Abdul Mutallab was admitted to the University of Michigan Medical Center (UMMC) in Ann Arbor. Abdul Mutallab is being treated for minor burns he experienced when he tried to light the device.
