Taiwan earthquake 2009 / Pacific Tsunami Warning Center earthquake

Taipei, Dec 19, 2009 – Taiwan earthquake 2009: Magnitude 6.4 earthquake strikes the eastern coast of Taiwan, about 25 kms. from Hua-lien.
However, Pacific Tsunami Warning Center did not immediately released any warning.
No casualties reported Taiwan’s high speed railroad are operating although there was several damage to property in a community near the quake’s epicenter according top reports.
