Los Angeles, November 21, 2009 – Taylor Lautner workout routine or Jacob Black workout training leaves lots of men a question. How did this celebrity star develop his body like that?
Recently Twilight Saga: New Moon cast Taylor Lautner or known as “Jacob Black” was interviewed about his workout routine and training. According to him, he was in the gym for 2hrs seven days a week that caused him to pack muscle but also feel completely burnt out. Lautner was giving his body enough rest during his weight training days.
Lack of sleep also played a role in keeping back some of this success, so he scaled back to 5 days a week of weight training and concentrated on getting enough sleep.

His entire goal was to put on muscle weight so Lautner’s trainer had him eating every 2 hours, anything and everything and coupling that with the high metabolism of a teen Lautner’s focus was not on what to eat but rather on making sure he ate healthy every 2 hours.
