New York, November 26, 2009 – Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade, Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade route and performers this 2009 has a preview, what to expect in this year event – including a glimpse of the Uncle Sam balloon, turkey float as well as Santa and his elves on the sled.
The route. Moving stages down the historic Broadway route starting at 77th Street and Central Park West, moving troupe will take a new route this year.
The performers. Guests this 83rd Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade include Alan Cumming, Billy Currington, Jimmy Fallon, Katharine McPhee, Miss America 2009 Katie Stam, Andrea Bocelli, Boys Like Girls, Kermit the Frog and Tiffany Thornton, The Roots, Gloria Gaynor, Emily Hughes, Jane Krakowski, Ziggy Marley with Judah Marley, the cast and Muppets of “Sesame Street”, Keke Palmer, Carly Simon, Jay Sean and Mitchel Musso.
