New York, December 1, 2009 – Chelsea Clinton Marc Mezvinsky engaged, Chelsea Clinton engaged is confirmed Monday after Clinton daughter announced her engagement to longtime boyfriend via e-mail.
Here’s the text of the e-mail sent Friday at ABC News, by @jaketapper:
“We’re sorry for the mass e-mail but we wanted to wish everyone a belated Happy Thanksgiving! We also wanted to share that we are engaged! We didn’t get married this past summer despite the stories to the contrary, but we are looking toward next summer and hope you all will be there to celebrate with us. Happy Holidays! Chelsea & Marc.”
Chelsea Clinton, 29, daughter of former President Bill Clinton and Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton and son of former Pennsylvania Rep. Marjorie Margolies-Mezvinsky, Marc Mezvinsky were looking at a possible wedding next summer.
