Halo cloud over Moscow
Philippines, October 14, 2009 – Halo Cloud appeared in Moscow according to youtube video that circulating on the internet. But the question is, is this vieo real or faked? Is this another product of advance multimedia? There are people believed that “Halo Cloud” is some kind of supernatural, but according to the explanation of the spokesman for the city’s weather forecast:
“Several fronts have been passing through Moscow recently, there was an intrusion of the Arctic air too, the sun was shining from the west – this is how the effect was produced.”
“This is purely an optical effect, although it does look impressive.”
